In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these terms shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on ckb33:

  • Users must be at least 21 years of age. Use of ckb33 by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Users must provide their true, accurate, and complete identity and contact information.
  • Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts and the funds held in them being forfeited.
  • Users must ensure that participating in online gaming activities is legally permitted in their own jurisdiction.
  • Users must acknowledge that they are using ckb33's services entirely of their own free will and at their own risk.
  • If any information provided during registration is found to be false, ckb33 reserves the right to terminate the account immediately.

Account and Financial Terms

3 Account Management and Security

Each user is fully responsible for the security and proper use of their account. The key terms regarding this are as follows:

  • Users must keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure.
  • Allowing any other person to use your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party, is strictly prohibited.
  • Any unauthorized access to the account or security breach must be reported to the ckb33 support team immediately.
  • ckb33 may request additional identity verification (KYC) documents at any time if needed. If documents are not received within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
  • If any of your information changes, please notify ckb33 immediately through support.
  • For accounts that have been inactive for a long period, ckb33 may apply a separate inactivity policy.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ckb33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following terms apply:

  • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
  • Withdrawal Timeframe: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account and through the same method used for the original deposit.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, ckb33 may place a withdrawal on hold for additional verification.
  • Transactions through third parties or deposits and withdrawals using someone else's account are strictly prohibited.
  • All transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology.

Bonus and Gaming Rules

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ckb33 provides various promotional offers. The following terms apply when claiming and using bonuses:

  • Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
  • Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳30,000 in wagers. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been completed.
  • If a user attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means, ckb33 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and accounts.
  • Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; if the bonus conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be considered void.
  • ckb33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, ckb33's decision shall be considered final.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games on ckb33 are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. The following rules apply to gaming activities:

  • The results of all games on ckb33 are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and automated.
  • Attempting to interfere with or manipulate game results in any way is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
  • Users may not exploit technical errors to gain any account advantage. In such cases, ckb33 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions.
  • Games provided by ckb33's game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe are governed by the respective provider's own rules.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of bets in the sports betting section, the decision of ckb33's expert team shall be final.

Prohibited Activities and Intellectual Property

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckb33 platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

  • Any form of fraud, deception, or unethical conduct.
  • Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Abusing the bonus system or systematic bonus hunting.
  • Attempting to breach ckb33's security systems or hacking.
  • Creating or operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
  • Harassing, offensive, or harmful behavior directed at other users on the platform.
  • Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors.
  • Reselling or commercial use of ckb33's services.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, ckb33 reserves the right to forfeit the balance of the relevant account, permanently close it, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

The ownership of all intellectual property associated with the ckb33 platform is reserved. The applicable terms are as follows:

  • The intellectual property rights to the ckb33 website, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, software, and all content belong entirely to ckb33 and its licensees.
  • Users are granted only a limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Reproducing, distributing, or modifying ckb33's logo, content, or software in any way without prior permission is prohibited.
  • The intellectual property of third-party game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe remains with the respective companies.

Liability and Account Termination

9 Limitation of Liability

The following limitations apply to liability in connection with the use of ckb33's services:

  • ckb33 will not be held responsible for technical errors on the website or services, internet connectivity issues, or any failures related to a user's device.
  • ckb33 bears no liability for any financial loss arising from game results. Participation in gaming activities is entirely at the user's own risk.
  • ckb33 is not responsible for any disruptions or losses caused by third-party game providers or payment services.
  • ckb33 is not obliged to provide any compensation if services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government decisions, or failures of technological infrastructure.
  • ckb33 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account due to a failure by the user to protect their own information.
  • ckb33 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

ckb33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any clause of these terms.
  • If documents requested for identity verification are not provided within the specified time.
  • If evidence of suspicious or unethical financial activity is found.
  • Upon a request to apply self-imposed limits under the responsible gaming policy.
  • Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.

A user may request to close their account at any time. In the case of voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be returned subject to the fulfillment of any outstanding applicable conditions. Re-opening an account after termination requires prior approval from ckb33.
